Yes. Connecting uses OAuth 2.1 — you sign in on a SymStudio consent screen and your password is never shared with the AI assistant. Every tool call runs under the same row-level security as the web app, so the assistant can only see and change your own projects. You can revoke access at any time from your assistant's connector settings.
Any assistant that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors — including Claude and ChatGPT. The connection URL is the same for all of them.
No. Generations you run through an assistant use the same SymStudio AI credits as generations in the web app — nothing extra, nothing separate.
Not today. MCP access is scoped to your personal workspace projects. Team and challenge projects stay in the web app, where facilitator oversight and team permissions apply.
Persona portrait images aren't generated over MCP (they take too long for a live connection) — personas come back with full written profiles, and you can generate portraits from the web app. Everything else in the five-stage loop works end to end.
