Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining time. When downgrading, your new plan takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Each time you generate personas, synthesize ideas, analyze engagement quality, or generate a PRD, it counts as one AI generation. Regenerating content also uses a generation.

What's included in monthly downloads?

Accepted Answer

Downloads include any PDF exports: persona cards, individual idea PDFs, idea guides, and PRD documents. The counter resets at the start of each billing month.

What's the difference between Facilitator tiers?

Facilitator allows you to create and run private innovation challenges for your organization. Facilitator PRO adds the ability to create public challenges that anyone can discover and join.
